Welcome back everyone, we hope you all had a great summer break and returned full of energy for the new school year! The Friends of JKPS are here to support the many great Judith Kerr events and initiatives and we couldn’t do it without you. Whether you are a newbie or old timer, there are many opportunities to get involved. Just drop by if you see the Friends A Board, keep an eye on our website (FoJKPS Homepage) or send us an email fojkps@gmail.com.
All ideas and contributions are welcome, and there are already some key dates to put in your diary. FoJKPS Calendar

Herne Hill Oktoberfest Saturday 23 September 12-8 PM The 5th Annual Herne Hill Oktoberfest is just two weeks away! Oktoberfest is by far the largest and most successful fundraising event of the year for the school - it raises critically needed funds for everything from technology to basic classroom supplies and improvements to our outdoor spaces. We can’t do this amazing event without help from our school community - that’s you .
We need people to bake Streuselkuchen, make a salad, help set up on the Friday and Saturday, pour beer, serve food and baked goods, and sell tokens at the cash desk. Not forgetting the clear up on the Sunday! Please sign up at the link below to help out before or on the day. See you on Saturday 23rd! https://signup.zone/oktoberfest-2023
